Zoom Personal Training
Zoom personal training sessions are suitable for any fitness level, from beginners right through to professionals. Sessions are based on body weight resistance but if you have equipment available this can easily be incorporated into your routine.
When you purchase a session or a package, we will send you a short questionnaire to fill out so we can get to know your fitness goals and current health concerns. Once you’ve returned your form, you’ll be contacted to book in your session(s). Each session consists of a 40-minute Zoom workout. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your session, make sure you do this at least 24hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will lead to the session being lost.
Lead time: Up to 7 business days
Jaro carries out all of our Zoom training. He has been a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer since 2007. Jaro is also a qualified sport and remedial massage therapist, Thai masseur and Pilates teacher. He also attended The British Academy of Rolfing Structural Integration.
