Zoom Yoga & Meditation Classes

Online zoom classes for you to practice in the comfort of your own home. Each class is tailored to your preference and we focus on moving with the breath to release emotional and physical tension. 
Slower, restorative classes will include breath-work at the beginning and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) at the end to calm the nervous system. Challenging Vinyasa classes work on increasing strength as well as flexibility.  If you are working full-time why not try our 30 minute session for a midday break?

‘If you don’t use it you lose it’, this is a term that very much applies to muscle mass, which actually starts to break down after just 7 days. Not only that, muscles also get stiff when not used or stretched which will likely lead to short and long term injury. A great way to stop this from happening is to do yoga.
