‘If you don’t use it you lose it’, this is a term that very much applies to muscle mass, which actually starts to break down after just 7 days. Not only that, muscles also get stiff when not used or stretched which will likely lead to short and long term injury. A great way to stop this from happening is to do yoga. Yoga has the ability not only to keep your muscles fit and strong but also to reduce various risk factors for cardiovascular health and diabetes to name a few.
All sessions are led by our very capable instructor Lara, who is trained by true Yogi Masters in India.
